YOUR NEXT STEP
Three ways to shape your project.
The Signature foundation
Every installation option carries the required installation and water-management scope, cleanup, and the five-year workmanship warranty. The warranty's written terms apply.
Choose the finish, not a shortcut
Essential, Select, and Premier differ through approved products, finishes, and manufacturer features. Your final scope and exact specifications are reviewed together.
Planning-range assumptions
- Quantities are your estimates — nothing is measured yet
- Ranges use sample costs only — planning ranges only, not a quotation; final pricing follows a measured scope and an approved cost catalog
Not included
- Hidden damage or structural work
- Permits and HOA fees
- Final color and finish selection
PAYMENT EXAMPLES
Plan the payment, package by package.
Illustrative examples only — financing programs are not currently available, and no lender offer is made here. We'll review real options during your consultation. Each package above carries its own example, calculated from that package's planning range. The shared calculator below uses the package you select.
Shared payment calculator
Select a package above and its planning range appears here.
A planning-math tool only — it calculates illustrative figures from your inputs. It is not a financing application and does not check credit.
No balance to finance — the down payment covers the amount entered.
Certified installer programs: James Hardie™ ALLIANCE · Pella® Certified Contractor · LP® Remodelers Edge · TimberTech The Board · Envision® Pro Program. Our manufacturer relationships
These are fictional demonstration prices, not DSE quotations. Live ranges require approved complete costs and measured scope. Hidden damage, structural work, and specialty conditions need review. No resale value or energy savings are guaranteed.
OPTIONAL, SEPARATE
Signature Exterior Care
Ask about a one-year exterior health review with documented observations and gutter cleaning where applicable. Plan scope and price are reviewed separately; care does not replace warranty service.
Planned packages
Planned packages — priced at consultation
Patios, decks, porches, sunrooms, and additions are designed around your home, so they carry no planning range here — design, structure, and site conditions set the number at a scoped consultation. These are the package structures we plan from: three tiers for each project type, with every component's role stated — what is included, what is required and itemized, what is optional, and what is existing context. The pictures are concept illustrations, not photos of our work.
By manufacturer
Each maker’s own ladder
Good / Better / Best belongs to each manufacturer: every brand below carries its own ladder of its own lines, and brands are never mixed inside one tier. The planning packages follow one ladder per trade — GAF for roofing, Therma-Tru for doors, MI for windows, and the three packaged siding products — so a rung tied to a package points at that package’s range. Every other product is shown in full and priced at consultation: no range is published for it yet, and no payment example is computed from it. Where a brand has two real rungs, the ladder shows two — nothing is invented to fill a third slot.
Planning ranges, explained
What shapes your range?
Planning ranges are built from what you tell us. Four things move them most.
- Your quantities Ranges start from your estimates — nothing is measured yet.
- Products & finishes Essential, Select, and Premier differ by product and finish — never by shortcuts.
- Home condition Hidden damage or structural work needs a personal review.
- Permits & fees Permits and HOA fees sit outside planning ranges.
