We sell and install both GAF and IKO, with active rep relationships at each manufacturer — but what protects you is the system: proper underlayment, ice-and-water shield at valleys and eaves, new pipe boots and flashing, and ridge ventilation matched to your attic.

Each shingle line carries its own written warranty. We'll show you the exact terms for the product on your proposal — no paraphrasing, no guesswork.

True Metal DuraLock

Snap-lock standing-seam metal — clean lines, long life, built for Georgia storms.

System details

DuraLock 100 and 150 snap-lock profiles give you the modern standing-seam look — clean vertical lines, concealed fasteners, and a roof that sheds water and heat better than any shingle.

Metal is a different craft than shingles: panel fabrication, clip spacing, and flashing transitions all have to be precise. We confirm the exact panel, gauge, coating, and project-specific warranty terms with True Metal before your roof is ordered, and we register the warranty at closeout.

What We Install

Decking & substrate+

Every tear-off exposes the deck — and we inspect every sheet. Soft, delaminated, or damaged decking gets replaced and documented with photos. Your proposal tells you how much decking replacement is included and what additional sheets cost if we find more, so there are no day-of surprises.

Flashing & water-shedding details+

Valleys, chimneys, skylights, and roof-to-wall joints are where roofs leak — not in the middle of a shingle field. We install new step flashing, counter-flashing, and kick-out flashing at every transition, integrated with the underlayment so water has one path: off the roof.

Ventilation+

A hot attic cooks shingles from underneath and grows mold above your ceiling. We balance intake and exhaust — ridge vent, soffit intake, or powered solutions where the architecture demands it — so your attic breathes the way the manufacturer requires for warranty.

Closeout+

When the last shingle is down, the job isn't done. We magnet-sweep the property, walk the roof with you from the ground (and the attic, if you want), register your manufacturer warranty, and hand you a closeout package: product and color record, warranty registration, and final photos.
