Diaz workmanship coverage
Covers how the work was installed — the part we control. Five years, in writing at contract. Contact Diaz first with any question; we route you from there.
Warranty
Diaz stands behind the work. The manufacturers stand behind the products. You get both, in writing.
The Two Layers, Side by Side
Covers how the work was installed — the part we control. Five years, in writing at contract. Contact Diaz first with any question; we route you from there.
Covers the product itself. Each product line carries its own written warranty — we register your installation and hand you the exact documents at closeout.

Each manufacturer backs its products with its own written warranty. We register your installation, hand you the documents, and make sure you know exactly what's covered. The manufacturer's written terms control — we never summarize them into a single number.

Those are MI's replacement-product terms — new-construction terms differ — and the written document controls. We confirm the exact product series and warranty terms in writing before installation — no surprises after.
