• The Exterior Health Check is preliminary guidance, not an inspection, diagnosis, estimate, or safety clearance.
• Preferred consultation times are requests only. An appointment is confirmed only after manual approval, an agreed time, and a real calendar event.
• Specialty, structural, and uncertain scopes require personal review and are never priced at zero.
• The five-year workmanship warranty applies to installations under its written terms.
