We use a suitable Sherwin-Williams coating system and help you coordinate siding, trim and accents. Your proposal identifies the exact products, finish and warranty documents.

The layers behind the siding matter too. We plan the water-management details around your home and the selected product’s requirements.

Our Siding Process

Four steps, from consultation to closeout.

  1. ConsultWe walk your home with you, talk through the three material paths, and document what we find.
  2. Measure & samplesMeasured scope, and large samples on your actual home, in your actual light, before anything is ordered.
  3. InstallFlashing and water management first, then siding and trim — photographed during the build.
  4. CloseoutFinal walkthrough against the contracted scope, product and color record, and your warranty documents in hand.

Details

Built Around the Details That Matter.

Siding is only as good as what's behind and around it. These three details decide whether the wall stays dry and the finish holds up.

Trim, soffit & fascia+

The cornice — trim boards, soffit, and fascia — is what your eye reads first and what water reads first. We rebuild or replace deteriorated trim instead of covering it up, and we spec rot-resistant materials at every vulnerable point: window and door casings, corner boards, frieze, and rake trim.

Vented soffit where your attic needs it. Solid where it doesn't. Either way, installed flat and tight — no waviness, no gaps for birds and wasps.

Flashing & water management+

Every window, door, and roof-to-wall joint gets proper flashing before siding goes on — kick-out flashing at roof-wall intersections, pan flashing at openings, and a drainage path behind the siding so water that gets in can get out.

This is the invisible part of the job, and it's the part that decides whether your walls stay dry. We photograph it during the build so you can see it was done.

Color & architecture planning+

Siding color decides your home's curb appeal for decades. We plan it against your fixed elements — brick, stone, roof color — and your neighborhood's architecture, not in isolation.

Bring us your ideas or start from ours. Either way, you see large samples on your actual home, in your actual light, before anything is ordered.
