How your information is handled.

• Anonymous first. The planner and self-check give results without contact details. Anonymous use creates no CRM record.
• Consent is recorded. Permission to respond, marketing messages, and text consent are separate checkboxes recorded with wording version and timestamp.
• Attribution is protected. Campaign and click IDs stay in a protected ledger — never in page URLs shared externally, analytics events, or pixels.
• No PII in analytics. Names, emails, phones, addresses, questionnaire answers, and photos are never sent in analytics events or URLs. Marketing pixels and conversion uploads are OFF until separately approved.
• Photos are private. Uploaded photos are stored privately, never publicly linked, and verified against their stored copies before any CRM attachment. Review-link photos are kept for 24 hours unless you ask us to keep helping; photos attached to an inquiry are retained for up to 365 days so your project record stays complete.
• Photo analysis is off. Automated photo analysis is not active on this site. If it is ever enabled, photos would be processed by OpenAI under the same consent you gave when uploading, and this policy will say so before anything is processed. Nothing you upload is analyzed automatically today.
• Removing a photo deletes it. When you remove a photo in the Exterior Health Check, it is deleted from our storage right away — not just hidden. You can also ask us to delete photos or correct your information any time.
• How your information is used. What you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, plan and document your project, and keep your customer record accurate. It is not sold.
